[Vintus] “During a challenge, clan members may not ask anyone for help. If help is offered (for example, a passing healer heals a dead clan member) it need not be refused. However, any intervention by third parties is strongly discouraged and if motives are suspect, a complaint may be made to the other clans. After both sides are presented, a vote of clans will then determine if the transgression merits a forfeit for the offending clan.”
[Vintus] You all know that we are clan that prides ourselves on fun. We would never deliberately hurt anyone but we love to have fun. We don’t feel as if this violates any of the conditions set forth in the rules of Dun’ilsar.
[Vintus] “Challenges between clans are meant to encourage friendly rivalry.” Well is this really any different than leading creatures to the runners in a race, pulling healers away from those needing to be rescued, or leading creatures to the same healers. I could go on and on. This is just another way of making the challenge a bit different. If you don’t like what we did fine, but I would aregue that it is not by any means unfair nor illegal. What we did was use what was available to add a new challenge.
[Vintus] If you don’t like it then next time make it a clause of the challenge that jury duty or lawsuits will void the challenge. A redo would then need to be challenged. That was never addressed in our challenge and we did it for fun.
[Vintus] There is nothing illegal about what we did
[Vintus] there is no rule
[Vintus] we have fun
