Spring Swimming with Frogs
It's been getting up
into the
mid-80s here recently, so I started thinking
about getting the swimming pool ready for use. I ignore it all winter, so it
turns out it gets full of lovely algae, and becomes a breeding ground for cute
little frogs.
One might call it a
filthy, filthy pool. I like to think of it as an exceptionally clean
pond.
Anyway, I love the frogs, and
since the pool is chock full of millions of tadpoles right now, I'm postponing
the pool sanitization until they're ready to move out. I swam in it for the
first time today. Nice. I did clean and chlorinate the jacuzzi, so more
delicate folks can get wet without having to brave the scary green
water.
